New Build Dwelling Listed Building

Creation of an entirely new build property from the ruins of a B Listed Mansion house. The only original wall of the new house was the front elevation.

Stone and roof detailing were carefully considered to ensure in keeping with the existing building. Completed accommodation in excess of 450m2 over 4 floors. A new triple garage and separate annex also formed part of this development near Cardross.

The remaining adjacent ruin was fully consolidated and made safe as part of the work.
